I dropped my car off the night before. They called at 7:30 and let me know how much it would be. They asked when I wanted the car. I told them it could be later. I found out in Monroe they have a shuttle. I had no idea. It was finished by 11:45. It was cheaper than the quote.

Joe Morgan was my first experience ever leasing or buying a new car. I was on the lot maybe 10 minutes before Beth came around and asked if I needed help. I had an offer in front of me 20 minutes later. I was signing final papers for my new CRV two hours later on the same day. Beth was a rockstar on my purchase date and helping me out getting my license and title in Kentucky. The whole team was fantastic. I couldn’t recommend them more

Visited this center around 3 pm on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. Waived at 2 salesmen obviously they were casually visiting in an office. Even though I waived repeatedly, I could not get there attention. I road around for about 10 minutes; no one came out. Finally waived and yelled at a gentleman getting ready to enter the building and he confirmed he was a salesman. Not inviting at all. I was told it would take 2-3 hours for the job when I went in. I walked out in 1.5 hours. They even washed my car. They were very polite, straight forward communication and fast. No problems, I will definitely be back.

My Service Advisor was Symone. She was professional, knowledgeable, and helped me resolve a very expensive issue that was covered under a Honda Service Bulletin, instead of me having to cover the cost personally. I'll be back!

Our family loves this dealership. They are highly efficient, informative and most of all honest. We were mislead by another local dealership that was more conveniently located. So glad we got a 2nd opinion. Ask for Laura Berkoff/service advisor for repairs. She really knows her stuff! She explains thoroughly and very nice to work with. Patrick in sales is great too.

I was just here for the express oil change service and tire rotation. I thought the wait time would be long since they seemed to be busy. I had to wait just a little over an hour. My bill was reasonable, considering some Car brands charge a lot more. My service advisor, Laura was very helpful and knowledgeable.



Service was provided on time and was completed in less time than was expected. The shuttle service is greatly appreciated.

While purchasing my Hybrid CRV Sport-L, I learned that Joe Morgan Honda is part of the Voss Automotive Group. In the future, if purchasing something other than a Honda, I will start with dealerships within this group. Thanks for making it simple. I would have, long ago, purchased a Hyundai Tucson, or a Kia Sportage, if only they made the process straightforward. I don't like the games, or being held hostage at a dealership. Let's get to brass tacks, agree or not, and shake hands.
