Although Honda hasn’t given an official on-sale date or other details, a new Honda Civic Hybrid is on the way to U.S. roads. The Honda Civic e:HEV hatchback on sale in Europe may hint at the U.S.-market Honda Civic Hybrid. That Europen model is powered by a 2.0L Atkinson-cycle internal combustion engine paired with two e-motors producing a total system output of 181 hp and 232 lb-ft. The upcoming 2024 Honda Prologue SUV is Honda’s first mass-produced fully electric vehicle. This new model will be positioned in Honda’s light truck lineup above the Honda CR-V and alongside the Honda Passport. Although Honda hasn’t released power, efficiency, or range specs, the automaker claims: “With versatility and driving range on par with our existing rugged lineup of SUVs, the adventure-ready Prologue navigates both daily commutes and weekend getaways with ease.”
