I was told it would take 2-3 hours for the job when I went in. I walked out in 1.5 hours. They even washed my car. They were very polite, straight forward communication and fast. No problems, I will definitely be back.
My Service Advisor was Symone. She was professional, knowledgeable, and helped me resolve a very expensive issue that was covered under a Honda Service Bulletin, instead of me having to cover the cost personally. I'll be back!

Our family loves this dealership. They are highly efficient, informative and most of all honest. We were mislead by another local dealership that was more conveniently located. So glad we got a 2nd opinion. Ask for Laura Berkoff/service advisor for repairs. She really knows her stuff! She explains thoroughly and very nice to work with. Patrick in sales is great too.

I was just here for the express oil change service and tire rotation. I thought the wait time would be long since they seemed to be busy. I had to wait just a little over an hour. My bill was reasonable, considering some Car brands charge a lot more. My service advisor, Laura was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Service was provided on time and was completed in less time than was expected. The shuttle service is greatly appreciated.
While purchasing my Hybrid CRV Sport-L, I learned that Joe Morgan Honda is part of the Voss Automotive Group. In the future, if purchasing something other than a Honda, I will start with dealerships within this group. Thanks for making it simple. I would have, long ago, purchased a Hyundai Tucson, or a Kia Sportage, if only they made the process straightforward. I don't like the games, or being held hostage at a dealership. Let's get to brass tacks, agree or not, and shake hands.

I stopped in to Joe Morgan Honda because of their fabulous reputation and also convenience to my home. Their salesman, Steve, was so nice and not rude or pushy. He let me drive a couple of their CRVs but they weren’t what I wanted. I gave him details and a week later I was signing on the line for a 2025 CRV-Hybrid! It is comfortable, the color I wanted and so full of upgrades from my 10 year old car it’s amazing! Steve was there with me all the way. I am so happy!

I am very happy with Joe Morgan! They worked me in and got my CRV repaired. I take my Acura to Joe Morgan as well.
I arrived at a fairly busy time, but they got me through in about 40 minutes for an oil change. David mentioned a recall and we talked about setting an appointment. He then said he wasn’t sure and he would let me know. He did right after I got into the waiting room. Everything was great!

This is the best place to go to for anything, unlike performance honda in fairfield whom don't do walk-in oil change.
